I ordered a portable laser engraver from lushionmart.com. I was told that it would ship in 2 days and would be here in 2 weeks. It took a month to show delivered on the track it never showed I reached out to lushionmart.com and Charles Cobb from their customer service told me its not thier fault, they are not giving me a refund and I am just going to eat the money that it cost because they are not going to help out at all. To fix the problem of them charging me for an item and not delivering anything. The company lushionmart.com is a fraudulent company and no one should ever buy from them. And Facebook should remove the advertising for this company so know one else gets robbed like I did.
