I ordered a product from this website in the amount of $173.40 on March 10, 2017 and they sent me a tracking number for an item that never shipped and I never received what I ordered. I tried to contact them several times via email and have not received a response and now my bank is not allowing me to dispute my charge because it is not considered fraudulent, but my bank did inform me that this place is a scam and I should report them to the BBB.

My names is Alexis Ronquillo ordered hair from them on December 5, 2016 and still haven't received my hair, they don't even want to email me. They created me a label at usps but never gave usps my package/ hair. Now my bank is looking into getting my money back. @lusciousimports is they instagram name.
