I received a phone call from a service man from LUS . He stated he was at my business turning off the electricity. I asked him if he could take a payment by phone, I was assuming that my check was lost in the mail. He gave me the number to his supervisor. I called the number 1 800 495 7350 and spoke with David. He said I needed to go get a money pak card, like a debit card from cvs or walgreens. He said they would not accept my credit card or check by phone. I went with cash to get the money pak as he told me it had to be purchased with cash. He also said I was two month behind and it was over $1000. He said someone would call me as I told him I had sent the checks in. I got the cards and gave him the numbers. I called LUS and they said they never do that. I called the number back and it is disconnected. I should have called LUS directly. I lost over 1000.
