I ordered two products on April 20th through this advertisement. Totaling $238

I have contacted them on several occasions and have not received any solutions that are viable. I have requested a full refund but they continue to offer me more product. I have not received the first order so I AM NOT about to agree to additional product, free or not. Please check into this so no one else has to go through this ordeal. Thank you
