I subscribed to a monthly subscription of B-12 gummies.. I tried to cancel after awhile and they would not answer emails or phone calls this went on for a couple of years and we are overloaded on gummies now. I finally made someone answer me by going on Facebook and Instagram and complained out loud, I also called them and left messages. I finally got a chatbot to answer me and a woman came on and told me I was refunded one bottle at a much lesser price and was subscription was cancelled.. This is supposedly a woman owned company..They are very rude and I had to go to tactics I should never have had to to get customer service.. There is no way on their website to cancel a subscription.. LUNAKAI is not a good company and their website is bad. They refunded that one bottle under Wild and Free LLC.
