The $7.00 was for shipping of samples. I received multiple emails stating that the product would be delayed. However, Lumin would have charged my account full price for a "subscription" by March 31st if I did not cancel prior and even if I did not get the samples prior. This website is a scam.

If you want that free trial, don’t do it!! They sign you up for a subscription without your knowledge then don’t tell you when it comes out. My bank alerted me to a big purchase on my card and when I looked it was these people. I immediately canceled and contacted customer service about a refund. All they gave me were articles. No actual help. So I disputed it with my paypal. Thank goodness for them. Currently tho they are telling me I have to wait for the package to be sent then I have to send it back. ON MY DIME! The package has yet to be sent and I told them I dont want it, just my money, but they say there is nothing they can do. All they have to do is not send the package and give me my money. Hopefully you can dispute this furthar with paypal and get all your money. Their business is shady. Dont buy anything from them!!
