On 11/21/2019 I ordered this item for my other nephew for Christmas. (#1036), I don’t remember the name of the site I was initially on, but I received an email confirmation for the purchase, and they stated that a tracking # would be provided upon shipping. The funds were taken from my bank on 11/21/2019 and on 11/22/2019 tracking # LW202510452CN was provided. I kept going in to track package and although moving slowly it did show movement. Finally, on 12/31/2019 it showed as delivered. What with the holidays and a surprise move that came up for me in late January 2020 and the fact that the recipient moved in the beginning of March 2020 I did not get a chance to reach out to them. When I finally did, I was told it was it was never received. I tried to contact the post office, but they were closed because of Covid and when I finally got through to them, they confirmed delivery but stated it was placed in the mailbox. I opened an investigation with them because clearly this item would not fit in a mailbox. They have recently left me a voice mail stating the same – it was in fact left in the mailbox. Investigation #09691227. I tried in between all of this nonsense to contact the seller a couple of times at the email provided [email protected] and of course there was no response. I was recently going through my photos and I had taken a picture of the confirmation, so I contacted Shopify at 888-746-7439 as it was their web address in the address bar (bb923-3.myshopify.com). I spoke to a gentleman named Clifford and it was him who advised me to contact my bank and open a Charge back dispute. He also advised me to contact the Better Business Bureau and Visa to file complaints against these people and get assistance in getting my money back.

I have additional back up when requested but cannot download here because of account #'s to my bank.
