On 12/29/16 I purchased a "free trial" of Bella Epoque-Luminis creams which was endorced by "Cosmopolitan in conjunction with the Shark Tank" "are offering free trials of Luminis Skin Serum" and only pay shipping & handling ($4.94 Luminis & $6.94 Belle Époque). My "free" samples arrived within a week. On 1/123/17 I was charged $98.71 for the eye cream & $99.01 for the face cream. I called the company asking for a full refund as I did not agree or authorize these charges. The rep said there was a 14 day trial which began the day they ship the product and after the 14 days a fee would be charged. He offered me a 35% refund, I refused. He then offered a 50% refund. He said in the terms it states the trial period. There were no Terms to view when I made the original purchase. I should not have been charged at all as their advertisement stated "FREE" only pay "shipping & handling".
