On 12/27 I purchased a Luminess airbrush system. After submitting the order I saw the very fine print about being subscribed to their monthly reorder program so I called them and spoke to someone who told me that once I received my set I could call and cancel the subscription . I received my set sometime in Jan 2022 ( I was traveling) when I returned j called and cancelled and was told no problem , that I would be charged 29.98 for the unit but would no longer receive the monthly orders. I was told I could keep the airbrush that I paid for, I received a confirmation of cancellation email.

I did not realize that I still had to pay 51.68 for 4 more months or I would have returned the airbrush unit too.

I called after seeing the charges on myAmex card and the person I spoke to said he could not help me. I asked to speak to a supervisor and they promised to call me back. So far I have been charged 29.98 and 3 more charges of 51.68 totaling 185.02 for something I don’t use and wanted to send back
