This company supposedly sells a beauty product of Led Light therapy masks. After almost 2 months, no product received. The tracking info they provide has never updated the information since the first day of purchase which merely states "Shipping Info Received" or location "unknown". I've emailed them multiple times for weeks, and all they can say is to be patient and uses the Covid pandemic as an excuse. I asked for a refund however theyrefuse to issue a refund because the product is supposedly already in transit. I've recently learned through social media that many customers are having similar issues and have called this company a scam. They do not provide any company phone number to allow customers to call and make complaints. And the positive reviews online seem to be made by fake consumers. Please look into this because their products are not cheap and are stealing people's hard earned money. They take advantage of innocent consumers.

Ordered Luminescence LED mask.

For 69.99 money was taken out of account. But no product has been shipped. Or any way to track it. No number to contact, just email from website.

After digging more into, they said on their website not to send product back the the address where it was shipped from.

Which I found weird.
