They offer a trial of their product for the payment of shipping and handling. On their website they don't directly indicate that it's only a trial that comes with subscription which has to be cancelled in order to avoid additional charges. They do not at any time notify you how long the trial is, who or where to send a cancellation request, nor the charges that will follow, if you fail to cancel. The entire website is set up in the way that leads customers to clearly understand that it's a one time deal - no strings attached. The receipts and emails they send do not mention at all, not even in tiny print, that this is a subscription of any sort. When they charge a credit card for the full amount of subscription, they do not name themselves nor they offer the phone number to call to figure out where the charges come from. Once the customer finally figures it out and calls customer service, their representative simply states that you agreed to all these terms (???) which should have showed up somewhere on their website (and which it didn't). Please beware!
