Ordered item on 6/20. Attempted to canceled item on 6/20, however they said they were unable to accommodate. Reached out to vendor again on 8/2 to report item never received, asked for a refund, they refused. Contacted again on 8/4 asking for a refund, they refused again. I filed a dispute with my bank to recover the funds. Do not do business with Luminaline.
