I clicked a Facebook ad and purchased a pair of leggings. My credit card was charged and I received a confirmation of my order. They said they’d email me when my item had shipped. That never happened.

I’ve emailed so many times asking what happened. No one answers me. It’s been months and I’ve never heard back or received my item. They are using a different name on Facebook because there is no post or page from luminabase on there and my credit card charge was to another business name. Also; every email address I use is now receding multiple messages from them every day about their sales. But no one will respond to me.
