I bought a purse from their website https://lumiliu.com/ on Jan 20th 2023. It is now 4/1/23 and have still not received the purse. They sent me a tracking number that is invalid. I've sent 5 emails to [email protected] demanding my money back or actually send the purse with a valid tracking number and still no one has contacted me.
