advertisement was for free trial on face cream brand name FEMORA. Only had to pay shipping. Did not know about them charging $89.77 after the 14 day trial period and monthly after that. Called number on my credit card statement and they would not budge on returning the money but said they would graciously wave the $24.99 cancellation fee. WHAT? Nothing came in the box, not receipt, no notice of trial period. No email was received (Although they ask for it when you purchase) Nothing with the terms and conditions. In researching this for my mother I found a website advertising the product and had to scroll a lengthy advertisement to find a "terms and conditions" in fine print where it's all stated. I do not know if this was in the original purchase. But again, nothing in the box and no email. Even after talking to them and canceling order and requesting an email we received nothing. This is a SCAM! They just want your money and are very deceptive to get it. Cream does not work by the way and burns the skin. Had to ask on the phone the name of the company. Name was not anywhere to be found.

The "intent" of this company is to have buyers enlist for the cheap trial of their product for about $4 and once they attain credit card info they enroll you to auto refills for about $89 monthly. While there MAY be info about these "terms" - they are well hidden and NOT explained on the face of their website.

I have been charged the first $89 and with a lot of work found a working phone number to CANCEL the enrollment. I have NEVER received the product for the cost of that $89 fee. I was encouraged NOT to call my credit card company or the BB to register a complaint and was offered a partial refund if I acknowledge this would "close out" any further disputes. I agreed to the refund but loudly declared I was not finished complaining about the scam of this site.

Regardless of a legal note - hidden on their site - if we look to INTENTION - it is to SCAM. Content you WANT buyers to know or think they NEED to know...ARE NOT HIDDEN. Please prevent this company of continuing with this practice.
