I followed a Facebook ad for LuLuCassie and “purchased” two pairs of shoes with a debit card. I had entered my email address on the website but never received a confirmation email for my order. There was a lock symbol by the website, indicating that it was a secure site. It has been months, and I have not received anything in the mail. My card has been charged. Previously I was able to pull up my account through their Facebook website and see my order. Now the link to the website says, “Sorry, the shop is currently unavailable.”
