On 01/11/2023, I ordered a toaster oven from lulosu.com, for $63.65. The name that appeared on my credit card statement was NUOWIY. About two weeks later I used the Contact Us link on their website to inquire about the order, received no reply. Then I received a package from China containing a $6.00 cooling towel. On 02/05/2023 I used Contact Us again to report that I had received the wrong item and asked for instructions to return it for a full refund. Again, no reply. I disputed the credit card charge, and was credited back with the money pending an investigation. From nearly identical stories I've seen online involving this seller, I'm expecting the charge to reappear when the vendor responds to the bank claiming the item was delivered, even though it was the wrong item.

Ordered a Christmas gift online at Lulosu.com. Have not received item purchased and credit card was charged. I have made numerous attempts to contact company via phone and email have not been answered.

Found the website in a Google search for a toaster oven that is discontinued. The first address for the company was in Ohio. Was recently changed to Missouri. The phone number connects to a voicemail for Comcast. They gave a tracking number (AG469414056CN) and a link to track the number. The link is: https://www.17track.net/en#nums

The original order confirmation email was sent from this email address: [email protected] Cannot find jstimier.com

The Tracking info says the package originated in China and was delivered on December 8, 2022. The tracking info just said "in transit" until about December 12, 2022, when it first showed it as "delivered" so there was really no way to actually “track it” in real time.

I did receive a package on December 8, 2022. It was a small bag delivered via USPS with the return address listed as an Amazon warehouse in WA (see attachments). The content of the package was a clear, flimsy rain jacket. No one in my household ordered this item. After looking up the USPS tracking info for the rain jacket, I could see that the rain jacket was the item being tracked on the Chinese site -- as if it were the toaster oven I had ordered and paid for. So they swapped a $1 object for my product.

The tracking info for the rain jacket and the "toaster over" beginning in Los Angeles on December 6, 2022, correspond exactly with times, etc.

I have attached a snapshot of the my order confirmation, the tracking info from the Lulosu email, the tracking info from the USPS package containing the $1 rain jacket, and a photo of the the USPS package.
