The company used to offer a 100$ to those who refers others to buying their mattresses. I referred 18 people total. To get the refer you need to wait a 100 days from when the person gets the mattress and they also cannot return it. It’s been a 100 days and no returns for 5 commissions. The company encourages you to share the link for the commissions on Facebook as well. After contacting the company several times and being told payout happens on fridays, they are now saying I violated the terms and conditions. The first time speaking with them they said I violated the terms for posting on Facebook. They also stated they’ve sent me many emails to get my membership for the commissions reinstated. I never received an email or call. The customer service rep said they would resend the email that day. Didn’t happen. They then said they’d send it the next day. The next call with a customer service agent said that I violated the terms for posting my link on a coupon site. I never did. They then said I’ll receive and email someday. And may not receive the funds. I have not done anything to violate their terms, they keep changing their story about why I won’t receive the commission. They also keep lying about senior ding emails for this issue to get resolved. Which makes me think that they never intend to pay out these commissions they just want you to sell mattresses for them.
