I ordered 2 dresses and a pair of shoes. Per their website, it would take up to 5 days to process the order and 10-15 days to ship. I purchased on 04/12/2023 and still have not received any confirmation that my order has been shipped via email. I reached out to the service email and someone responded stating that my order had shipped but they could not provide me with a tracking number or estimated delivery date. The tracking information they did give was to a fake shipping website. I tried to cancel the order online as it still says in process online, but was denied b/c the order had supposedly shipped. I am not out $111 and having to file a dispute with the card company.

I ordered through this website for maternity clothing. I realized that they automatically duplicated my order so it was taken out of my banking account twice. I tried to call and I noticed they did not have a customer service numver. I also noted online the bad ratings after the issue occurred. So I quickly emailed their customer service. And the response a day later stated it was too late and I would not be refunded. They also stated that they could do nothing about the duplicate order. Even though their rules say If you contact within 24 hours that you want to cancel the order that you would be refunded. This is a scam website that makes counterfeit products. I lost $138 dollars.
