My boyfriend wanted to order me a print of art from Luis Perez Banus for Christmas. He placed his order before Thanksgiving and we have still not received the order. He has emailed Banus over 4 times and tried contacting Banus on his Instagram (@perezbanus). I went on a post of Banus from December 30, 2020 and realized that multiple people are in the same boat as my boyfriend and I. They are claiming they did not receive their orders and Banus is actively ignoring them. Banus has posted 3 more times on his Instagram and actively posts Instagram stories.
