The cancellation policy at LugLife gives the buyer 30 minutes to cancel after a purchase. I contacted the business after less than 10 minutes from the order confirmation to ensure I could cancel my order. They contacted me back via email stating that they were unable to cancel my order and gave me a refund option. I followed their policy and requested an order cancellation. They are now refusing to follow policy and cancel the order.
