I was looking for a puppy and filled out the interest form. I researched their account and it had reviews and an address which seemed legit. They texted me and gave me a text invoice. They tried to have me pay with an app called Zelle, but it didn't work so they let me use venmo. I paid on venmo - they said they had to create a new account first because they didn't have one. It seemed like an old lady, so I figured she just didn't know how to use technology. When I sent the payment, I put the memo as "puppy" and she said she had to send it back because venmo said there was something wrong with it. She sent me the payment back so I thought it was legit and she wasn't trying to take my money since she gave it back to me. I sent it back and they stopped contacting me. Their phone now goes to a busy signal.
