I purchased 6 outfits of clothing from this retailer. After 2 months I did not get anything I ordered and they simply said that due to COVID things are delayed. I got one of the items and it was the wrong item. I sent a picture of it to them and they explained that they changed warehouses and apologized. After another month I got 2 more items and one was correct however it wasn’t stitched all the way leaving holes in it and the other was wrong. After over three months I have yet to get the other 3 items and complained again. They said they would refund me once I get the rest of the items ordered and I have to pay for shipping and ensure customs goes through myself. I paid over $160.00 for these items and still have not received them and what I did get was wrong or damaged.
