I've informed Luckyland slots about not being able to log in because I was deactivated for no reason. I only have one account registered with them so there was no reason to deactivate my account once I won some money. I've been with them for over 3 years now and this is the thanks I get. I've emailed them every day to reactivate my account but all I'm being told is someone will reach out to me. I think what happened happened was my husband used my phone to sign in and they deactivated his account and mine. We both explained to Luckyland the situation so there was no reason to deactivate us.
