Type of a scam Online Purchase
I purchased a pair of boots November 4, 2020. I gave the company approximately 2 weeks to provide a tracking number or some type of communication saying that the boots had been shipped. The money was taken out of my account immediately. Now, its December 10, 2020 and I have no boots and I have been getting the run around from this company. When I initially reached out a lady named "Adele" said that the boots were being taken to the post office to be shipped. I waited another week and reached back out because, again I did not receive a tracking number. I asked her again where my package was and the second time she told me it may be "stuck" at the post office. At this point, things did not feel right so I asked for a refund. Then, this time I get a new person named "Amanda" and she completely ignored my request and basically copied the generic response that "Adele" did. So I reached back out and asked for a phone number or manager I could speak to and this time I get a new person named "Layla" and she again ignores what I've been saying and says "we will continue pushing the order". Now, no one will respond. Their policy says they respond within 24 hours and no one has reached out. Is there anyway to get my money back.
