I had a similar experience as one of your other complaints with a company called Luckstylish. I ordered a Bird Stained Glass Window Hanging (4 birds). What I got was cheap, plastic, and the birds are just glued on pictures. One of the birds has a torn spot on its wing. The item was described as a stained glass suncatcher made of metal. I emailed the company many times re: the delayed shipment and then after I finally received it, the false description of the item and my disappointment. I asked for a full product refund of $15.99 (they do not refund shipping costs; I paid $6.99). I finally got a response that they would only give me 30% compensation. I expressed my dissatisfaction and insisted that they refund the total product amount, but was told the "service manager" was only authorized to give me 30% of what I paid. Today (Feb 25, 2023), I finally accepted the 30%, but I'll just have to see if they actually follow through. I hate to admit that I did not look more closely at this company; I was scammed!

FYI: The return envelope had an address of ESG, 9835 Alpaca St., South El Monte, CA 91733. I'm sure this item actually came from China; the clear item packaging has Chinese script on it.

Ordered sweater online-was charged, never shipped, just keeps saying will ship ASAP. Emailed them and they said takes a while to get it!

Ordered a product from their website. Based off of the tracking information, the product shipped from an international location in China. When I received the product, it had a California address as the sender. Their website has a Washington State address. No phone number listed. The product I ordered was not what I received. Not even close. Emailed the address for customer service and asked for a full refund and a return shipping address because I don’t want the product. Customer service has stopped all communication with me on this order. Ironically, after I complained about the product that I received and asked for a refund etc., the product was removed from their website completely, within an hour of my complaint. I have filed a dispute with my bank in hopes of getting this resolved.
