Went through Walmart to purchase a flannel shirt. Received the shirt on September 25, 2020. The shirt was the wrong size. Contacted Walmart but being it was a Marketplace merchandise, had to contact the seller and this is the initial email received after requesting a free of charge return label for a refund indicating the wrong size was received:

I am sorry it don't fit you

how about refund 30% of the money to you and you keep it?

Or do you want to return it for a full refund?

Since that time, we have gone back and forth with no end in sight of reimbursement for the wrong sized merchandise I received nor post free label to mail back. I am hoping that you can help me. Thank you ...
