Ordered a free essential oil kit,paid shipping and handling fee. Then was charged full price for a second set that I did not order and never received any product.

Company offered a 12 pack of essential oils for free you only have to pay for shipping. They also had a special on a diffuser. I ordered these. I got an email confirmation for the order. I did not receive my order. I emailed them numerous times but they never responded. I then saw the exact same deal with a different company name
