Jacqueline Ware tax preparer 995 did my tax returns. Jacqueline showed me the amount I was supposed to receive, it was after that she stopped making regular contact. I later learned after trying to get my documents from Jacqueline that the amount I was shown was incorrect, there was a refund loan that was taken out without my permission, my taxes were filed without my signature. I did not receive a copy of my returns until they had been processed at the lower amount with the fees taken out. Tax year 2020 I still have not received any information from Jacqueline or Veronica Brooks, her boss. Veronica also worked on my 2020 tax year and assured me they would send my returns to me. I still have not received anything. My checks were sent to their business where fees were taken out. I am in the process of trying to pick up a check from them now. I keep getting the run around.
