I purchased a study material for a licensure exam for NHA last January 4, 2019. The following day, I checked my order/subscription, it stated that it was processing. I contacted their support team via email and Facebook to follow-up and requested for assistance to obtain access. To this day, January 7, 2018, I received no response from the LTCExam.com and under My account in their website "Order #4832 was placed on January 4, 2019 and is currently Processing." The cost of review material was already taken out of my account.
