I appreciate this site and info as I have had the same experience. I ordered Pharmanex daily vitamins mid July and the package never came. My money spent was $130. for two boxes. I went back to look at the order and found a contact , wrote twice, waiting to hear about refund. Same thing happened with looking for the website. I will now go to my payment accounts and see if I used American Express, in which case there might be a possible way to cancel the payment and retrieve the money. It will take some time however I need to get my vitamins and now at least I know I need to purchase from a different reliable vendor. This poses as an online shop. I placed an order and revived a confirmation email and never received my items or shipping information and there is only one contact email and they haven't replied to any of my emails. After investigating they do not seem to be a legitimate business. I have not received my item and am unable to request a refund

I've suspected the same. If I may ask, how long did you wait until you decided to look into a refund. I placed an order through their site on the 25th last month for a single product and I'm experiencing the same issues. I'm hoping I wasn't too late to jump off on this, especially since their site seems to be down now due to "Too many redirects".
