I was online and received a survey from my internet provider. Once completed my free gift was a retinal product for shipping and handling. Once I had gone through the purchase I saw that it was a scam and tried to cancel. They emailed me that there is a no charge trial and if I didn't like the products I could return it. I tried it and didn't think it was worth 300$. And then when I returned it, they have now told me that I wasn't able to try the product. And they won't refund me because I used it.
