Visited the Jaguar Canada website to check out vehicles. Closed page and a new page appeared inviting you to fill out a Bell Internet survey and in return receive a gift. When completed a form appeared with a short list of gifts including a free cell phone other items including Retinola skin care product. The Phone offer was marked sold out. Filled out form with name address and credit card info. The product was offered for a shipping cost only of $5.95 Canadian. No terms or conditions were presented. A week later received a package of skin care product with invoice information. I was contacted by security from my credit card company advising that Retinola had attempted to bill my card for $173.00 but they had frozen my account and advised me to return the product. I visited their website Dermeretin.com (pretty slick presentation) but found it impossible to contact them on a cancellation page. I but sent e -mail to support@dermeretin,com requesting cancellation and product return information. No reply yet.

I responded to a Rogers (telecommunication company) survey. When the survey was completed I was advised that I would receive a free gift worth $150.00. I selected the gift of beauty products. The fine print said that I would have to pay for freight charges. I provided my credit card number to pay for the freight charges.

On October 9, 2016 two (2) unauthorized charges were processed against my credit card. The first transaction had the name Cremeretinol.com (647-933-9324) in the amount of $179.95; the second transaction had the name lumoluxe.com Niosia in the amount of $189.98.

I have searched the internet and have found 3 reported scams of this nature that have occurred in September 2016. Another incident of similar nature occurred in the United Kingdom and is also posted on the internet.

They post Free offers of samples on social media. Their main product is Retinolla / Revoluxe. All they ask is postage and handling fee. They do not disclose the product prices. They deliberately make it difficult to detect the fine print which states that if you do not return the samples in 30 days, they will continuously charge your credit card / debit card outrageous amounts. They have victimized people in England, now in Canada. If you call them to ask for your money back, their customer service representative is fully trained to "inform" you about your *** and the "touch luck, you've been had" kind of talk.
