On April 24, 2019 I received a phone call from a restricted number and someone name "Mark" called me and told me that I was being sued by Total Visa and they are the collection agency for them. Stated I owed them $300 but my fees and attorney fees are $1200. When they sent the contract to my email address their name on the letter was Lakeview Processing Services no address or name of contact. I used an account that was no longer open. So to take I was contacted by someone in their accounting department and told him that I had an attorney looking them up and he stated to me he needed the attorney's name and bar number and I told him until you give me your legit information you are not getting anything else from me. I have attached the copy of the letter to this site so people can see how its going to look. He got very rude with me on the phone and I hung up the phone. So I called the number back and the person on the phone sounded like a man but stated her name was "Ms. Brooks". The person answering the phone didn't say the company name or anything in that matter. I told this so call Ms. Brooks that I will be contacting my attorney and someone will be calling them back. He/she ask me did I sign it through Docs and I said no and I'm not going to sign anything now at all. One more thing I ask them for a legit mailing address because I couldn't find them through google and he stated that they have a P.O Box.
