We just lost our nine year old female shih tzu to cancer. She was our family since we don't have children. This website appeared while searching online for shih tzu puppies. I checked out this site (loyalshihtzus.com) & found a cute female shih tzu pup available for $500.00 from Little Rock, Arkansas. Contact was thru email where they wanted to know about our home if it fit their requirements of a good home before they release their puppy. They agreed & told us they needed payment to secure a hold on the puppy. We checked some things out which seemed like this was a legitimate business but was so wrong. We wired the $500.00 as they requested & was told they would contact us in two days with flight confirmation & date of arrival. After confirming the money was picked up, Two days came with no word so I sent an email with a follow up phone call with a message left to call me. Later that same day I place another phone call with a male answering. At that moment I knew we were scammed because he had an accent & when I asked his name, it wasn't the person I wired the money to. I began to ask questions like a better contact number, street address of his business, & other questions to possible locate this place but the call was cutoff then answer upon callback. The next day I called that number & it was out of service. They took advantage of my wife & I at the most vulnerable time. We learned a very valuable lesson.
