I found loyalammo through one of my groups on Facebook that I'm in advertising ammunition. I messaged them and asked if they had specific shotgun shells. They messaged back and said yes they had them and told me how much per box. I told them ok I would take 4 of them which would have been $100.00. He messaged back the with shipping it would be $110.00 and that they could only take payment through Zelle, PayPal or cashapp. I didn't have cashapp so I downloaded and got an account. I then paid the $110.00. A couple days later he messaged me and said he was at the shipping place and that I would have to put insurance on my package for $100.00. This seemed right because I have had to pay insurance in the past for my packages sent. He told me that the insurance would be refunded once I received the package and everything was OK. So I paid the $100.00. Well the next day or so he messaged me again and said now they are saying that I have to pay $350.00 for a license for something. I told him that was it I wasn't going to pay another dime other than what I paid. I also told him to forget the shells just refund my $210.00. He said in order to refund I would now have to pay only $100.00 instead of the $350.00. I agin told him no and give me my refund. He continually text me did you have time to think about it and sorry his cashapp was down and asked me if I paid it. I again told him hedoublehockysticks NO. I don't make a lot on disability, but really needed these shells for our coyote problems. I contacted my bank to dispute and they told me they couldn't do anything because it was through cashapp. They told me to contact the recipient or contact cashapp. I batting 0 at this point because cashapp wouldn't do anything but block him. I really would like to have my money back if I could get help. I still have the text from him.
