On June 17th I was looking for ammo and came across this site https://loyalammoshop.com/

I order ammo from them and payed them through Zella to Mario Rivas [email protected]

So far everything looks like it is legit. Then I get a shipping then on the June 22nd i get a tracking number https://geoport.agency/track-form/ GP-7E288-UPS

It stated it was in transit

Then on the June 23rd when i asked him when i was going to get my ammo he said that it was with the shipping company and they wanted me to pay 300 for insurance that it was refunded when they delivered the package. I have asked for a refund and have not gotten it.

This site is a scam and needs to be taken down

They will take your money and send you nothing. The shipper is part of the scam. They will call and ask for "insurance/registration" fee - totally refundable. Don't pay Loyal Ammo Shop and don't pay the shipping company Atlantic Express USA. All of it is a scam.

I made a purchase of ammo for 570.00 invoice # 6607, and also pay 600.00 for insurance, still haven't received anything and I reguest a refund which I still waiting for it. So I'm reguest your help with this matter.

I ordered ammunition from this site and the order was paid by Zelle, $560. As soon as I paid them I get a text asking for an additional $500.00 for shipping. I tried to explain that on the site it is listed FREE SHIPPING. He said my order will remain on hold until the additional $500.00 is paid. He even texted me that "I will pay it whether I like it or not"

I ordered ammunition from this site in November 2021. After paying in full, I was then told that there would be an additional $500.00 shipping/insurance fee that would be refundable after I received the goods. No where on the site was there any indication of such exorbitant fees. I never would have ordered from them if I saw it. On their site there is a clear banner that states "free shipping". I have requested that i be given a total refund. Their answer was that the box has been shipped but it is being held by the shipping agency. When I asked for the name of the "shipping" agency, they refused to give me their name. They have been underhanded and rude the entire process. I could give you the email and cash app address if you need. I just want what I sincerely paid for.Now, i want a full refund of $1120.00 They are a lying and deceptive company who likes to scam their customers

I found the web site https://loyalammoshop.com/ had the ammunition I was looking for at a reasonable price. The site did not accept credit cards, but took payment through PayPal, Zelle, etc. Once I had completed the order I was contacted by Jay Hudson through their website message process. I was directed to send a payment to Jay at [email protected], which I did. So far, it appeared to be a legitimate sale. The problem was they never sent me shipping information. When I looked up the address on Google Maps, there was no indication of a Loyal Ammo Store. Follow-up research indicated that reports had been submitted to ScamPulse.com and various other agencies. I will assist in any way I can to catch these thieves.

Hello I sell personalized coolers from Mexico and a person contacted me asking about the coolers very insistently on Facebook, and he asked me for my WhatsApp and his “Boss” contacted me and I checked the cell phone # on Google and he is the one who scammed them +1 (786) 667-4125

While conducting an online search for a ammunition, I came across a website called "loyal ammo shop". This website did not accept credit cards only Zelle, Apple pay, bitcoin, cash apps, etc. I began an online chat with the Agent "Randy White". It was very suspect. I checked the Florida Secretary of State's business search and the business did not come up and the address they have listed has no record of the business. When I asked why there was no registration recorded with the Florida Secretary of State I did not receive a reply. Eventually the agent told me to go buy elsewhere and the communication stopped. Below is a cut and paste of the online chat session:

Me: So it seems a little strange. your company is not registered with the Florida Secretary of State and that address is not registered by any business associated with firearms or ammunition. I would certainly like to buy from you, is there a parent company you're registered under?

Me: Randy are you there? Hello?

Agent: Yes What’s your order #?

Me: Is Loyal Ammo shop registered in Florida?

Agent: Yes

Me: Under what name? I checked the Florida Secretary of State's business search and your business does not come up and the address you have listed has no record of your business

Me: Why is there no registration recorded with the Florida Secretary of State?

Me: why dont you take credit card?

Agent: Go and buy elsewhere

BUYER BEWARE! SCAM ALERT!

Loyal Ammo Shop (786) 571-6034, www.loyalammoshop.com, [email protected] & business address listed at: 18500 NE 5th Ave Miami Gardens, FL 33179 I placed an order for ammunition & paid $370 through PayPal Friends & Family to: cubbi16's Store as requested by seller. The next day I received an email informing me the shipper required an additional $200 for insurance. I declined to pay the additional fees & asked Loyal Ammo Shop to either ship the order or refund the account. When calling their number it sounds like it goes to a foreign country, sales people speak broken English with an African accent to my ear. Emails are either delayed, ignored or responded to with: "Greetings from Loyal Ammo Shop" & do not address the problem or question even after indicating order will be shipped by 2 day method for $20 extra. In searching sellers additional website information provided after the sale: www.https://www.grailed.com/cubbi16 web search indicated it's also a SCAM.

Asks for venmo, Zelle, bitcoin, or PayPal friends and family payment. No pictures or proof of inventory. Address doesn't show as business on Google Maps. Called the phone number and the line was very static in nature and sounded like it was in a koud construction area. The person also couldn't answer basic questions about the products on their website. Also, advertises products in stock in large quantities at really low prices. Given the pandemic, its really suspicious.
