I have been waiting for 3 months for an order from this company . The address they use also shows up as a beauty salon . I was told to add up to a couple weeks on the the delivery( which would have been a little less than 3 weeks . When I inquire I am alway sent the same form letter. I purchased because they said they were California based .....But, the letter ssays they are waiting for things to come out of China. When I asked on Facebook about this oh boy ....everyone was pretty clear that most things they ordered were never received . So please advise me . I just tracked the order, and says not shipped .... Thanking you in advance.

This is what they continually send for 3 months

We are truly sorry that due to the pandemic situation the time for customs clearance and delivery of the transit line through the port has slowed down. The delay is unavoidable during this time. We just beg your patient with us in this difficult time. In the meantime, I will do anything to locate your order.
