This is more of a take advantage of my stupidity. I wasn't paying attention. I saw "Renew Global Entry" and clicked on it. Filled out all the paperwork, including my information (hopefully my identity guard will protect my info), and sent them money, $139. What I found out is that is just to fill out the paperwork. It doesn't cover the government renew fees. Of course, that's probably all there if you find/read the fine print. I did request a refund, just now. Not sure if that will happen or this will be a $139 mistake.

They knew my Global Entry was up for renewal. the email offered for me to apply for renewal. After submitting my info, which included my credit card, drivers license, and DOB, I never received a confirmation email or number. Attempts to email them at their provided email of [email protected] is not working (I receive 'undeliverable' messages from my email system), and their provided address (27 DEBAR STR, VARNA 9000) is in Bulgaria.
