I ordered a helmet from this company and after three months of waiting and assuming this company was a scam, I finally received the product. The product was not as described. There is no way the helmet was D.O.T. approved and is not made from the material (fiberglass with a polystyrene liner) claimed on the site. In actuality it is made from ABS plastic. This product is unsafe and if someone were to use it they could get hurt. It is literally a piece of plastic. This company is false advertising and then not responding to emails. Once they do they try not to offer a full refund as stated they will on there site and claim there are more fees to return the product.

I had the same experience with these people, ordered the helmet and same issue, tracking showed NY and has never left there, has been since june 5, it is now july 18 and have sent three emails with absolutely no response from anyone

Ordered a motorcycle helmet on June 5th, 2020. Still have not received product or response from company. Shipping time was listed for 8-12 days. I received a supposed tracking number which after 3 weeks said the item made it to JFK, New York. Now it says the item is in Californiafor the last 5 days. Several posts on their FB page suggest others have the same issue. I have contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge.
