I purchased a harness for my dog on lovetoshopfree.com on December 31st, 2017. I have yet to receive the harness after multiple emails with the company. I have been told they will have a tracking number for my product multiple times and they have yet to retrieve my number for me. They have had multiple opportunities to contact me and have never once contacted me first, I have contacted them every time. They keep telling me there was a malfunction with their system and they will have the system fixed soon. I have all emails saved from this company.

I placed an order on March 15, 2018. As of right now, I have not received anything. I have emailed several times and have been reassured that this purchase is on its way and apologize for the inconvenience. The email comes from a Cathy, but then, Ango is the one who introduces himself as the sender of the email. Total BS if you ask me. I just want my momey back.
