The company has this Instagram account (https://www.instagram.com/lovethrsday/) which they posted an add for a child's drill set (https://lovethrsday.co/collections/frontpage/products/thrsday-creative-tool-box...⇄ I bought it on Dec 16, 2022 for my child and the expected delivery was 7-12 days. After a few days, I noticed that I hadn't received a confirmation email. I direct messaged them through their Instagram account on Dec 21, 2022. I also tried calling their business phone number but no one picks up. Finally, I posted a comment on one of their videos and that is when they provided me with a tracking number that doesn't work (USPS says that the label was created for that number, but as of Jan 26, 2023, the label has not been used so there is effectively no tracking). They also emailed me a link to track this label that isn't being used and said that there was a 12 day delay due to the holidays. Okay, so 12 days after Dec 16 is Dec 28. On January 5, 2023 I asked for an update since it had been 17 days since I submitted my order. They said to keep looking at the tracking label. Finally, on January 18, 2023, I said that they should either provide me with real tracking information or a refund. Over 1 week later, on January 26, 2023, I am now disputing the charge with my bank and filing a report against them with the BBB.

In short: It has been 6 weeks since I submitted my order for a product they said would be delivered in 7-12 days and they will not actually send me the product or issue a refund.

I purchased an item direct from the company’s Facebook ad on Nov. 23. To date, my item has not shipped. They charged my credit card on the date of purchase but my item was never and still hasn’t shipped. I contacted them multiple times for updates and was advised to just wait longer or given excuses such as “we don’t know where your item is”, “it’s the weekend so we can’t provide updates until Monday” and I never receive a response. I requested another item be shipped because the item was ordered for the Christm[censored]iday as the original item was clearly lost (or didn’t even exist); however, they would not resend another item. By lack of updates or information from the company, it appears this company/website is fraudulent.
