Several 2020 ornaments kept popping up on FB. I saw one that I thought was cute so clicked on it and ordered some for my kids. After ordering, I received an email from "Lover Again" verifying my order. It had a picture of my ornaments, an order number and a link to click on to see my order. I also received an email from PayPal that said the following: You have authorized a payment of $46.98 USD to JINZHOU NETWORK TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED ([email protected]). Money won't leave your account until JINZHOU NETWORK TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED processes your order. I just looked that company up and they have over 400 complaints on PayPal. (Not sure why PayPal is not blocking them...) At any rate, after 7 or 8 days, I sent an email looking for a status update. They responded, told me the ornaments shipped, thanked me for my patience and gave me a tracking number and international tracking site to plug the number into in order to track. They asked that I wait 1-2 days to track so it could update. I waited 7 days, checked it when nothing had come yet and it could not be located. I reached out again and they said it definitely shipped, but this time they gave me a totally new tracking number. I have sent three requests since then cancelling the order and asking for a full refund since clearly this company is not legit. Neither tracking number can be located to this day. I have reported this to the FTC and PayPal in addition to your site now. Additionally, I went back on FB and found several websites with this ornament. I went to these sites and they all looked almost identical, but had different names. I reported all of them as spam to FB.
