Someone posted a fake ad on Craigslist Chicago listing my house for rent in my name. The house is on the market for sale. They copied the picture of the house off the internet and used the realtor's description of the house from the Multiple Listing Service for the fake ad. This is an attempt to rip off the public. I have asked Craigslist Chicago repeatedly to remove the ad. Despite this fact, the ad is still posted on the Craigslist Chicago web site. Beware! Do not send money in any form to anyone on Craigslist without thoroughly verifying who and what you're dealing with!
