I kept seeing their add on social media especially Facebook and decided to order some clothes. When I received the clothes they were too small and tawdry. So I immediately emailed them letting them know that I would like to return the items for a refund. I explained to them in the email why I wanted to return them. They emailed me back within 24-48 hours stating I should take a picture of the items and shipping label. So I did that and they offered an exchange, $10 discount or $30 credit and proceeded to tell me how it would cost me a lot to return the items. In my mind, I didn't care I would pay to get at least some of my money back minus shipping cost. I asked them for a proper address and they sent me that bogus address. I'm so glad I googled it. I am highly disappointed that they are still in business. They need to be investigated because they are just taking peoples money.

I made a purchase in February/March 2020 for my birthday items in June. I waited several months and then reached out to the company. They have no phone number so just emails. I went back and forth on the matter for weeks while they kept saying it was the on the way. Then my tracking number expired never saying delivered. They then tried to say because my stuff was delivered. I sent them a screen shot of the expired tracking number and they still said nothing. I then attempted to file a dispute with my bank. The business became upset and told me that if I closed it I would be refunded. So I did and months later still nothing despite them saying that I would be receiving in the next few days. So I asked them to just give me a credit. They did, when I went to use the credit I wouldn’t do I reached out. They told me they would no longer like any of my business. I begged and pleaded to use my credit but still no. So now I’m out of time, money, and my merchandise a whole year later.

I made an order with company and I've waited for 4 months for the order and there's no actual number to call for assistance and the emails to the help desk aren't helpful because they provide the wrong info just to provide an answer...I've been told through each email to wait patient for my package and now I've asked for a refund nobody can help me so I've been scammed

I ordered from Lovely Wholesale August 31. It is September 13 and I have not recieved my items. They charged my debit card. They have not sent me an email, and when I tried to email them the email was sent back saying there was failure to send. The phone number listed is for hotel reservations.

This company sold a product to me online that I ha e yet to receive. I submitted a ticket trying to get my items shipped to my correct address. I was told the items had shipped and the tracking number provided was not real, I contacted USPS, UPS, FEDEX and even DHL who all confirmed the tracking number was fake. This company has no legit form of communication everything is through their online portal where responses are auto generated. On top of this I searched through this site where they are selling knock off brand names such as Fendi, Nike and PINK.

Lovely wholesale needs to be shut down . Lovely wholesale let’s you place your order and gives you the option to pay for your clothing to be shipped faster which is like 2-3 days . it’s been a month and I haven’t received n e of my orders. If you get on Facebook on their page there are hundreds of people who haven’t received their order who have orders over months ago. They do not have a legit way to get in contact with them & the option to submit your ticket doesn’t work on their website - when you go to submit a ticket it won’t even go thru. Also this company doesn’t send you an email saying whether your order had been shipped out or a tracking number. Also they stopped giving people the option to use pay pal because they know if you don’t use pay pal -they would be able to keep your order & money because you have no way of getting in contact with them . This Place Screams SCAM SCAM SCAM & needs to shut down . This has been going on for years .
