I was looking to adopt a white bengal kitten from Lovely Bengal Cuties for $750. I have everything printed out that was on there website. Zelle the app they said they use wasnt compatiable to my bank so to use Cashapp. So I downloaded Cashapp and he walked me through how to get the money from my cashapp to his cashapp. I had to transfer the $750 out of my bank account and out it into the casapp account I made to buy thus snow leopard white bengal kitten "Emily".They said she will be put on a plane with a carrier that is a thermal type of carrie (which on there website it says the exact carrier they asked me for another $900 for even tho thats the crate she was going to be shipped in anyways). They said its due to bad weather conditions, which whe she was coming from Ohio Kentucky area to Boston was that day actually beautiful out and I started getting suspicious, I called these transportation companies that supposidly handle putting the animals on the plane and she said "I hate to tell you this but you have been scammed, we get calls like this all the time. There is no animals here going to Boston and definetly dont have a Bengal kitten here. I have every text message printed, every email, pictured of the website, there email address which i was able to trace who really used that email address at least at the time, I have the routing number he used for Cashapp and have screen shot everything anyone would need to know this scam is real. He doesnt live in the US, He lives in Columbia and I noticed people kept saying Mr. A, funny thing this guys last name begins with A and his pictures on facebook and insteagram have him with bengal cats. I have every single thing anyone would need to catch this guy and I found him. His real name, where he lives, what he does for work, I found out everything. NEVER use cashapp, that is appreantly the number one app scammers use which obv I was not aware of. Then I went back on his website that brought me to another one of his websites and the same picture of "Emily" was up there and a girl was interested. I didnt say anything on the post cause I didnt want him to suddenly chage his information cause he knew someone was on to his scams. I have everything anyone would need to catch this person. Im not using my phone to do this so I am not able to upload any pictures but i DO have them ALL printed and can mail them or email them to whoever I have to.

I have always wanted a Bagel cat and finally said 'Im going to do it, I deserve it". I have been living severally depressed over my personal issues what else better to do than to get a pet? There are loyal, trust worthy, loveable and just want to see there owner happy. I googled Bangel kittens and saw this one from Lovely Bengal Cuties for $600 and $150 to ship her ( I took a screen shot of the Webpage and took screen shots of the the App and the name he used, I screen shot of everything because I dont trust anyone but he seemed legit) and hit contact us. It brought me to a email ("the breeder") to ask about the kitten [email protected], Emailed back and forth, texted him after asking him for his phone number cause texting was easier than email. The number he used was 606-761-0989, gave me a name of "Dimitri Wilson", lives at 1"79 Michaels Lane" in Brooksville KY, 41004. I researched this site and read comments, had my parents check it out, boyfriend and a good friend, we all thought it was legit, like detail info about vets, health info on them, everything. He said he takes payments through Zelle or CashApp. Asked me which bank I use to check if they have Zelle so we can do the payment and proceed. Told him the bank and he says my bank doesnt partner up with my bank. Then asked me to download CashApp, so I did he and walked me through how to set it up and put money in there, after trying 4 times and finally got it to go through. When it wasnt going thro he asked me to get 2 gift cards, one for $250 and the second one for $500, I stressed I was nervous about this being a scam and he assured me over and over (through text) it wasnt. Tried for 40 minutes and decided to try again the next day which was Friday October 16th at 12:09 pm I checked and it said completed. I realized it was taking him longer to respond so I was telling him my feelings were getting suspicious. Finally at 9:24 pm he texts back saying there was an emergency and he would get back to me Saturday morning and 9:00 in the morning I send a text giving him my name and address, never answered me. At 9:51 am Saturday I sent him another text saying if there is anything else he needs to let me know and keep me updated with the cat, in 20 minutes he responded thank you and will do, told me she would be coming tonight and he is going to ship now. At 11:53 am he texts me again saying he did it this morning, everything went smoothly and the shipping company will be contacting me to confirm my name and address and said her flight will be leaving at 2:00 pm and will let me know when she lands at the airport. At 11:57 got an email (have a screenshot) saying welcome to pet express animal delivery, had a tracking number, website to track my pet, was sent to the vet department to get its final checkup and she would be here by 7:00 pm tonight (Saturday). I got a email at 1:48 saying it needs a thermal electronic crate 088 PD for $998., or a thermal electronic crate 0150 PD for $1099 and needed for safe shipping and due to weather conditions and thought thats odd. Saying its for a deposit and will be refunded so I replied yes and as soon as I did I felt sick. Pulled over and texted them back asking what airline is she flying on? I called the pet express animal delivery in Kentucky and she said there is no bangel kitten here and there is no cat flying out and it was a scam, she had been getting these calls daily. She told me to call my bank and tell them whats going on, so I did. They see nothing from there screen that there was a with drawl of $750 and to keep my eye on it over the next 2-3 business days. Went on the app from my phone and see I took out the $750 (which is what I transferred to the Cash App. I texted him saying on the website it said they get delivered in the crate your asking me to put a deposit on and being a breeder and do this frequently I find it odd that you failed to mention that maybe, due to traveling weather conditions (which that day was sunny and 60 degrees out) and I wasnt every told or aware that I would have to do that and all you asked me was for the money for the kitten and shipping, nothing to do with a crate. Then I said have her taken care of and have her delivered to me like we agreed on and the crate is not my problem and wasnt going to pay another penny. He said they often go thro email cause phone lines are busy and please send the money over to another Cash App name and to hurry so the kitten (Emily) doesnt miss her flight. and there are a couple pet express places. So I googled the ones near and in Kentucky, called both numbers and the number on the pet express email and got a voicemail saying sorry we are closed. I said Ill go pick her up at the airport but let me know so I can get her home. I tried from 4:19pm-7:00pm and never heard another word. I googled his name, address, people check and he wasnt where he said, town, nothing. I even called the Kentucky Brooksville PD at 5:43 and left a message saying I feel like I was being scammed by Dimitri Wilson that lives at the address they provided and to please call me back. Sadly, never got a call back. Called the PD again at 7:06 and heard nothing back. Called Dimitris phone at 7:05 and it was no longer in service. I first got in touch with Dimitri October 14th at 10:27 pm, Wednesday. The email they used was [email protected]. I am printing out every email between us, text messages and every screen shot I took. I also had to use another phone to take a picture of the routing number they used cause I wasnt able to screenshot that due to privacy policy and Ill be printing that to.
