I as well ordered a Pokémon card for my fiancé for Valentine’s Day end of January said on website it would take between 4-8 days to ship. I ordered a few minutes later I received a call from my bank about a potential fraud I told them it was me and I had made this purchase. Valentines went by still did not receive it. I sent an email out February 23rd saying I had not received it and for a full refund they told me they would be expediting the ordered and I would receive tracking information. Waiting another two weeks still no tracking information so I sent another email stating I have yet to receive anything and wanted a full refund they said please wait a little longer and they will refund me 10%! I emailed back and told them absolutely not I want my money back. They have reached out and have told me the following:

1. Order cancellation in 24 hours is free of charge. Beyond this time, restocking/processing fees will apply to cancellations even though the order has not been shipped out.

2. Orders canceled within 24-48 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of full shipping cost and 80% of product purchase price.

3. Orders canceled beyond 48 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of full shipping cost and 50% of product purchase price.

4. Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

We strongly recommend that you keep your order. Don't miss such a wonderful opportunity. Anyway, we respect your decision.

Since I made this purchase. I have had two fraud activities trying to take money out of my bank, had to eventually cancel my card. They have also taken down any website since then.

Please read everything and check reviews before buying from websites!!

Targeted ad on instagram, never fulfilled order, kept saying it was coming but never did, now saying they can keep my money bc after 48 hrs from order

I had similar experience with others who have reported the website. Ordered a Valentine's day gift in January 2023, followed up many times and kept on getting vague replies like, it's in production, it's being rushed, please give us 1-2 weeks. I've probably followed up 3-4 times. Then I started reviewing other complaints and seems like everyone have the same experience. I reported them to Paypal for a payment dispute.

I purchased an item off the website on 1/14/2023 and received a confirmation email. On 1/27/23 I sent a follow up email as I had not received a tracking number. They replied back to the email stating that my order was in production and that I will get a tracking number soon. On 2/4/23 I had yet to receive a tracking number so I sent another email advising that I had still not received my item or my tracking information. I got this reply back..

Sorry for the delay.

After checking, your order is in urgent production.

We will rush your order asap.

Please give us some time and we will try our best to ship it soon.

Once your order is completed and shipped, we will inform you of the tracking number.

Would you please wait a few more days?

Then on 2/8/23 I received this email..

Hello,

We are so sorry to have kept you waiting so long.

Please give us a few more days, and I will inform you as soon as the package is shipped.

Sorry about the inconvenience we caused again.
