During this COVID-19 pandemic, basic necessities like toilet papar, paper towels, protective masks, etc. are extremely difficult to find, locally or nationally. This company, LoveInHome.com was running digital ads via Amazon.com and other sites, promoting that they in fact had PAPER TOWELS in stock. It was rather expensive for a 16 pack of bulk paper towels ($61.16), but since they couldn't be found anywhere else, it was really our only option. Once purchased, I received a confirmation from the company that they received my order and charged my card.

HOWEVER, they never mentioned when they would deliver (even though they claimed it was FREE SHIPPING) and decided they simply were not going to ship them at all. They are a SCAM. They are taking advantage of people during a crisis. They NEVER responded to me after emailing them numerous times asking about my order. Their company phone line is not a working number. You cannot speak to anyone about your order either as they do not return emails.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

They are a complete SCAM!!!
