On March 2020, I ordered gloves from them for my staff. I made several inquiries as to the ETA of the gloves. On several occasions, they said they were short staffed and was trying to get the product shipped out. Well, it's Oct. 23, 2020 and no gloves. I then asked them to cancel my order, which of course was not done. I don't believe this company is reputable. DO NOT buy from them.

I ordered a table and chairs from this company on April 27th, 2020(Order # US2-30348). The cost was $665.76 so needless to say I am less than thrilled that it's been five months with no word from the company, even after several emails to them. Zero reply. Zero updates. And we are now out almost $700 during a really tough financial time. At this point I would settle for getting my money back but that probably isn't going to happen.

My order number is #US2-37310.

I made my order for the spider man toddler chairs and table on May 16th and it has been over a month now that I have not received this item. The email I received said it would delivered after 2 weeks. When I emailed the company I received no response. They have taken $74.93 from me and I would like a refund at this point.

I bought a rug from them 3 months ago and decided that I didn't want it anymore so I emailed them about cancelling my order and giving me a refund. They emailed me back saying that they would refund me in 5-10 days. It's been 3 months and still no refund! I've been emailing them and they keep making an excuse that they are busy or just won't answer. ??

I ordered 4 boxes of large Kirkland Nitrile gloves for what I knew was an inflated price from Loveinhome on 5/06/2020, only because my mothers home are prefers that and we are located in NYC, the epicenter of Coronavirus. They were not available at Costco, Costco.com or Amazon. I paid $130 for those 4 boxes.
I’ve tried emailing them and then checked the BBB. Apparently this was a scam. Even more disgusting is that they are preying on people like me who are out of work, and need PPE to protect themselves and their loved ones in a pandemic.
Why can’t their site be shut down! Very irresponsible for the California authorities not to have done so.
I can use the $130 for groceries.

takes money and only sets up a tracking number, no movement or shipping occurs. products never arrive.

I ordered a dresser from their website and once I put my credit card number and everything in the website, I instantly knew it was a scam because there was not tax, no information about when the item would be shipped, no working phone number, and they had pulled my money out using Paypal. I have written several emails asking the company to cancel my order right after the order was placed and I realized it was a scam. No response. It was a total amount of 328$. I then called my bank right after the purchase and cancelled my credit card that I used for the purchase and filed a report asking for my money to be refunded but nothing has happened yet. The address is listed in Southern California but there is also an international number attached to the site as well.

I ordered paper towels from them back in March. My Paypal was charged and I never received them. I've sent multiple e-mails and with no response. It was a $77.00 order and I'm pretty mad. I'm working with Paypal to get my money back. Scam!

While searching for Viva Brand paper towels on line, Loveinhome ad popped up, offering two cases of 12 rolls for $42.43. I placed the order arranging to via PayPal. I received order confirmation from Loveinhome via email. The company assigned US2-18113 as order number.

Our credit card was charged on April 5, 2020 and PayPal transaction number was 9P19717SD339434V. The PayPal document shows that the payment was made to [email protected]. and that the credit card statement will appear as "PAYPAL BUYREAL"

After sending an email to([email protected]) to find out the shipment status and not getting a response, we called the business phone number many times but the calls did not go thru. We found out today on a website recording of scams that a number of people were scammed by BuyReal and Supfashion which is apparently the name of a number of other businesses, all operating out of the same California address. We contacted PayPal today and received acknowledgement stating that they will investigate. We also read on your website that you received a number of complaints about price gauging by the firm. It is difficult to ascertain which one of the companies did what as it appears that the scammer is operating under a number of business names, but always the same business address in California. If you are in a position to do so, please inform the California Attorney, so that they may investigate for other possible fraudulent activities by this business. We would like to either receive the total 24 rolls of Viva paper we ordered or receive a refund, but more important than the paper or our money, this company must be stopped scamming more people.

I needed disposable gloves due to COVID 19 and the only site that had what I wanted was loveinhome. They accepted PayPal so I thought they were ok. After I placed my order I went back to the website to see if they sold paper products. They had paper towels for $146 that I would pay $18 for at the market. I became concerned and started looking for reviews and found nothing but complaints. I immediately wrote to cancel my order but PayPal had already taken the money from my bank account. I called PayPal to ask for a refund and was told to contact the company. I emailed and called every day for two weeks with absolutely no response. They have my money and I never got my gloves and it’s been four weeks. My bank showed the money went to BuyReal and I tried to reach them, again no response. BuyReal website listed supfashion as their contact and I tried multiple times to reach them. Again no response. I think all three of these websites are frauds.

I had the same issue bought the glides I realized early on it was a scam and I did receive a email back from the company and they said the gloves were in production . Went straight to PayPal and flied a claim on May 14 I received my refund from PayPal today

I purchased a product (Presto Pressure Canner and Cooker) and I received an email from LoveInHome ([email protected]), in which the thanked me for my purchase... It's been a full week and I haven't received any notice of shipment, since the initial email. Upon looking at my PayPal, through which I made the purchase, I saw an entirely different seller name(s)--which is something I've never experienced with previous purchases, on PayPal--which are: Buyreal; http://www.supfashion.com; and [email protected].

Upon looking into this company, I discovered that this company (LoveInHome) has fraudulent practices and has been reported to BBB.
