DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! HORRIBLE!!! I ordered a pair of boots in early January and I waited WEEKS and nothing!!! I called and I emailed SO MANY TIMES …most of the time with no response…other times they would tell me my package had been dispatched and they sent me an email letting me know that it had been “dispatched” the email also said my shipment was in the “label created” status…well it stayed in the label created status for MONTHS…I called and called NO ANSWER or response even when I left voicemails! I sent email after email …they answered once telling me that my package must have been lost so they would put in a request for a “new order” immediately…NEVER happened…..so I tried to contact them over and over again …this has gone on for almost 4 months…so I had no other choice but to contact PAYPAL….who I had paid them through. I opened a “dispute” PAYPAL tried to contact them and this company LOVE AND LABELS …NEVER responded to THEM EITHER!! The good news is PayPal gave me a refund …the bad news is LOVE AND LABELS!! Beware!!

They will not refund you if you use a promo code, which they happily hand out. They have a tiny link at the bottom of the page to a refund policy that says this, but it is listed nowhere else. It is intentionally misleading and a way for them to take/keep your money if you want to return an unworn item.
